    Few games have been as many things to as many people: a survival game, a building toy, a teaching tool and a place where friends hang out. Its blocky look made it easy to run on almost anything, and its openness turned players into creators. With A Minecraft Movie also on many OmniTrackr members' lists, it has crossed from games into film too.
